  1. Explicitness. If you wish to participate in the selection of DIVE GROUP (including DIVE Estonia, DIVE Latvia, SPECT-DIVE Lithuania) mystery shoppers, please fill in the electronic application form providing the required personal data. The more information you provide about yourself, the higher the probability that you will be selected (information provided in the application form shows us what client profile you would match, as in this research participants are selected for the task according to the profile of actual clients of our Customers).
  2. About the nature of work for DIVE GROUP. Internet and e-mail are especially important in the communication between DIVE GROUP and the Mystery Shopper.
    1. Internet. You need to have a regular access to the Internet and at least an average computer literacy. You will receive your tasks and all related material in our SPECT ONLINE system; you will also have to fill in the questionnaires (in other words, to provide information recorded while performing the assignment) online.
    2. E-mail. Please use reliable and high storage capacity e-mail boxes (e.g. gmail.com). Candidates who register and provide only general e-mail boxes (e.g. one.lv, one.lt, mail.ru, inbox.lv) shall not be selected.
  3. About the selection. Our Personnel Manager shall start the selection process by reviewing primary application forms filed in the registration system online. The selection shall not be a regular process. The Personnel Manager shall inform you about the start of the selection. However, the selection process is described on our websites. Only mystery shoppers selected by DIVE GROUP may receive and carry out MS tasks.
  4. Language of the application form.
    1. Lithuanian candidates to MS must fill in the application form in Lithuanian.
    2. Latvian candidates to MS must fill in the application form in Latvian.
    3. Estonian candidates to MS must fill in the application form in Estonian.
    4. Polish candidates to MS must fill in the application form in Polish.
    5. All other candidates with no command of either of these languages must fill in the application form in English.
  5. Personal data protection. Information provided in the application form shall not be disclosed to any third party, and shall be protected and handled in conformity to the applicable laws.
